It's difficult, maybe even impossible, to see that there's no one here, that there's no personal 'me' at all.

But how about the equivalent: that there's only me and no external, not-me world? How about that everything is me, is what I am? Is that any easier to see?

Yes. It tends to blow a fuse, but yes.

Yet the question itself rests on an assumption that there's some sort of truth 'out there' to be found, something not-me and outside my immediate, present awareness. Which makes the whole question a bit oxymoronic.

Actually, there isn't anything but what's here and being seen right now—these words, this screen, these thoughts.
