Taken from the rocky area by the river below, this is a morning shot in late spring. The sun is shining on top of the falls and through the mist in front of the falls, but not on the face of the falls. The effect -- which cannot really be appreciated in a still shot -- is spray billowing up out of the shade out into the sunlight.
